ORIGIN
It started with a client intake problem.
Warren Cardinal had already been working with businesses on marketing, lead generation, and conversion. For one client, he built an AI-assisted intake system using Softr, Airtable, n8n, and automation components.
That project made something obvious: businesses frequently spend significant money creating opportunities and then lose them because the process afterward is weak.
RunLucid grew out of that problem.

We are building this in public.
RunLucid is early. We are testing systems, documenting what works, and refining the product around real business problems rather than starting with a fixed software feature list.
