RunLucid grew out of automation work developed while solving operational problems for Lucid Crew clients.
Warren Cardinal had already spent years working on the front end of business growth: websites, search, digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion. Increasingly, the interesting problems were showing up after the lead arrived.
A lightweight AI-assisted intake system built for a client using Softr, Airtable, n8n, and automation components made the opportunity clearer. Response, qualification, scheduling, routing, and follow-up were not separate from growth. They were part of the same system.
RunLucid is being built around improving those systems. It is related to Lucid Crew, but it is a distinct brand with room to develop beyond any single use case or software stack.

Warren Cardinal founded Lucid Crew in 1999 and has worked across websites, search, digital marketing, automation, and business systems. RunLucid grew out of his increasing focus on what happens after marketing creates an opportunity.
